I've performed a weekly review since 2013. Usually, I sit down at a coffee shop for ~ 2 hours on a Sunday afternoon and go through this template. I credit my weekly review for maintaining my sanity while staying on top of a lot of different projects. Over the years I've recommended it to friends who have asked for my template. So here ya go!
One additional note: It can't be overstated enough that this template needs to be tweaked to fit your own needs. I'm constantly making small changes.
